As we prepare for the bicentennial of Don Bosco's birth, a relic of the founder of the Salesian Society is making its way through five continents. The reliquary will arrive at Corpus Christi Church on Monday, September 13, 2010, and leave on September 14. We will be celebrating days of festivities before and during Don Bosco's visit as we mark this truly once-in-a-lifetime event. Workshop Presenter: Dr. Jaime Galindo
Dr. Galindo has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (Dissertation title: "Understanding the Construct of Forgiveness: An Empirical Approach" ). Dr. Galindo has over 34 years experience as a clinician and is an experienced workshop and conference presenter. He has been presenting workshops and retreats on forgiveness since 1986.
This workshop will focus on the Process of Forgiveness: Defining Forgiveness; Interpersonal Transgressions; Transformations; Conversion (Metanoia); and Healing (Forgiveness and Reconciliation). This will be an experiential workshop. It will be an opportunity for a deeper understanding of forgiveness. Come and experience the healing power of forgiveness...you will leave with a greater appreciation of how forgiveness works and how it can heal you and others.
